It is important that you first receive confirmation from me (Mark) that the tour period you are interested in is available and that the tour is suitable for your level of experience and skill. This confirmation can be given via email, call, text, or messenger.
Please note that participation in any of our international tours is by approval. While expressions of interest are always welcome, a place on tour is only secured once I have confirmed suitability and availability, and the reservation fee has been paid. This process helps us maintain the highest standards of safety, fairness, and enjoyment for all participants.
Due to the popularity of our annual tours, and to keep the opportunity to reserve a space fair for both participants and ourselves, we have instituted a $150.00 (plus merchant fees) fee per tour week to reserve a place on one (or multiple) tours. Once paid, this fee (less the merchant component) will be subtracted from your final tour invoice(s).
Joining us for one tour? Select 1 item and checkout. Joining us for two tours? Select each individual period and add them to your cart separately. Simply indicate the tour week(s) you wish to join in the note field during checkout. All Oslob, Cebu tours are one-week duration periods.
This deposit will be fully refundable only when cancellation is advised up to 71 days prior to the earliest reserved tour’s commencement. Any cancellations after this date are subject to our standard terms and conditions, which can be found here. Please understand that all refunds exclude card/processing fees incurred if payment is made via that method rather than EFT.
