It is important that you first receive confirmation from me (Mark) that the tour period you are interested in is available and that the tour is suitable for your level of experience and skill. This confirmation can be given via email, call, text, or messenger.
Please note that participation in our Indo tours is by approval. While we welcome expressions of interest, a place is only secured once I have confirmed both availability and suitability, and the reservation fee has been paid. This process helps us maintain the highest standards of safety, fairness, and enjoyment for all participants.
Due to the popularity of our annual tours, and to keep the opportunity to reserve a space fair for everyone, we have instituted a $150.00 (plus merchant fees) per tour week to reserve a place on one (or multiple) tours. Once paid, this fee will be deducted from your final tour invoice(s).

This deposit will be fully refundable only if cancellation is advised up to 71 days prior to the earliest reserved tour’s commencement. Please note that all refunds exclude card/processing fees incurred if payment is made via that method rather than EFT.
