It is important that you have received a confirmation from me (Mark) that the period that you are interested in is available. This can be done via email, call, text, or messenger.
Due to the popularity of our annual Bali tours, and to keep the opportunity to reserve a space fair for others and for ourselves, we are instituting a $150 fee per tour week to reserve a place on one (or multiple) tours. Once paid, this fee will be then subtracted from your tour invoice.
Joining us for one tour, select 1 item and checkout. Joining us for two tours, select 2 items and check out, etc. Simply indicate what tour week periods you wish to join us on in the note field of the checkout phase.
This deposit will be fully refundable only when cancellation is advised up to 71 days prior to the earliest reserved tour’s commencement. Any cancellations after this date are subject to our standard terms and conditions which can be found here. Please understand that all refunds exclude card/processing fees that we would attract during the initial payment if you pay via that method and not via EFT.
*Please ensure that you select the correct payment method as the Paypal/credit card option includes a merchant fee loading* If you make the wrong selection, we can add it to your overall tour invoice.
This amount will be deducted from your tour fees.
